At Rapé Amazónico, our goal is to offer high-quality products and a satisfactory experience for our customers. Below, we explain our return policy so that you are aware of your rights and the procedures we follow if you wish to return a product.
1. Non-returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of certain products. These products include:
- Rapé: As a consumable, we do not accept returns of Rapé once it has been delivered.
- Divination services: Due to the nature of divination services, we do not accept returns for these services.
2. Conditions for Returning Products
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- The product must be defective or damaged.
- If the product arrives broken or with any manufacturing defects, the customer may return it for a replacement.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products unless they are defective.
3. Returns for Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. The return process will be as follows:
- Communication: The customer must contact us via WhatsApp to notify the defect.
- Return: The customer must return the defective product via a courier service.
- Replacement: Once the defective product is received, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Packages
If you receive an incorrect or damaged package, we will proceed as follows:
- Return: The customer must return the incorrect or damaged package via courier.
- Correct Delivery: The correct product will be shipped as soon as possible.
- Compensation: To compensate for the inconvenience, we always include a surprise product as a courtesy gesture.
5. Refunds
In case the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, the following terms apply:
- The refund will only cover the cost of the product, not shipping costs.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund method will be agreed upon with the customer via WhatsApp.
6. Return Period
The customer has 14 days from the receipt of the order to request a return. This period applies to both defective products and incorrect products.
Once the return request has been authorized, no additional time frame is set for returning the product.
7. Return Shipping Costs
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect. In these cases, Rapé Amazónico will cover the shipping costs.
