Shipping and Preparation Policy

At Rapé Amazónico, we are committed to providing you with an efficient and secure shipping service. Below, we detail the timelines, conditions, and procedures related to the shipping and preparation of your orders.

1. Shipping Scope

We offer both national and international shipping. All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.

2. Order Preparation Time

The preparation time for products depends on the category of items purchased:

  • Rapé: Rapé orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours from the order confirmation.
  • Necklaces, Tepis, and Kuripes: These products are prepared within 5 business days from the order confirmation.
  • Divination Services: For divination services, an appointment will be scheduled with the customer, and the consultation will take place at the pre-agreed time.

3. Shipping Process

Once the order is prepared and ready for shipment, we will proceed with the shipping using the courier service provided by PackLink. PackLink offers various shipping options for the customer to choose the service that best suits their needs.

4. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost will be automatically calculated on the checkout page based on the destination address and the weight of the products. We do not offer free shipping under any circumstances.

The final shipping cost will be visible before completing the purchase, and the customer will be able to review the costs before finalizing payment.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, Rapé Amazónico will take the following actions:

  • Lost package: If the package is lost in transit, we will ship a new package at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Damaged package: If the package arrives damaged, the shipping agency will cover the costs and handle the compensation. Additionally, a replacement product will be sent, and the customer will not incur any additional costs.

6. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during the purchase is correct and up-to-date. Rapé Amazónico is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions to certain locations due to local regulations or transportation restrictions. If a problem arises with shipping to the selected location, the customer will be notified, and alternative shipping options will be provided, or a refund will be issued.

8. Order Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, we will provide the customer with a tracking number to monitor the status of the shipment in real-time via the PackLink portal or the selected courier service.

9. Order Modifications

If the customer wishes to make changes to their order after it has been confirmed, they must contact us as soon as possible. However, once the package has been shipped, no modifications can be made to the shipment.

10. Delivery Time

The delivery time will depend on the destination location and the selected shipping option. Rapé Amazónico is not responsible for delays in the courier service, although we will work to ensure that products arrive as quickly as possible.
